No one can argue with the magic of a good night sleep. Research shows that getting more sleep per night makes us happier, healthier and safer. Although, we all know that sleep is important, most of us don’t get enough of it for many different reasons. We need to collectively make a conscious effort to get more sweet dreams. It will make the world, a happier, healthier and safer place for all.
Take time to wind down at the end of the day. A great thing to do is write down three things you’re thankful for that day. Ending your day with positive thinking makes for better sleep. Expressing your gratitude also helps you feel a sense of accomplishment and allows you to count your daily blessings.
